Free food?

Hi I'm new to this and lost weight with weight watchers 3 years ago after my son was born, well now I want to get back on it as have some weight to shift but it's all changed to pro points since then, so can you lovely people list me some free food please?

Most fruit and veg are free- but you have to point peas, sweetcorn, potatoes.
