Free Oatbran muffins

S: 19st0lb C: 15st3lb G: 12st2lb BMI: 31.5 Loss: 3st11lb(19.92%)
28 g Oatbran (HEB)
3 tbsp switener (I use Splenda)
1 big egg
3 tbsp low fat natural yogurt
1/2 tsp baking powder mixed in the yogurt
cinamon, vanila extr or 1 tsp cocoa /1 syn/

Mix evetything in a dish. Fill up tree plases of muffins bakinf tin. Bake for 30 min on 200 degr.

Tonight I have put and a half choped apple.
The muffins are realy lovely and Oatbran locks the calories from the food.
