Please help. I have 3 young ones, the youngest being 4 months who I am breastfeeding and on OH who has no clue how to cook and point blank refuses. I have been doing EE for two weeks and lost 7.5lbs so far but I'm finding it a lot of work to plan, prepare and cook meals 3 times a day.
What can I have in the freezer that can be thrown in the oven that's free or low for days where I don't have a minute to myself or I'm unwell? I always have frozen veg and potatoes, rice, pasta, the basic stuff.
