Im a 'from scratch' cook but days like today - been out all day - been in an hour and want a hot meal - quick - no effort as im shattered.

The pre-sw me would have called a takeaway or eaten loadsa toast. This time ive cobbled a meal together it was all free food but not great so i didnt eat much of it so am fighting toast cravings.....

What store cupboard essentials do you keep in for such times?
