Free rices and cous cous

Hey all I'm getting a bit confused on what packet rices are free the batchlors ones and the ainsley harriott ones also the cous cous ?

Batchelor's savoury rices are syn free . I think the AH rices and cous cous have syns though. Have you tried doing a search? There are loads of threads about the cous cous syns and you will probably find the rice ones as well. You are unlikely to be the first person to want to know!
