Red Day Free veg on a red day??

Hi guys just wanted to know what veg is free on a red day.... Well actually I know most of it is so maybe a better question is what veg isn't free?

I'm mainly thinking of parsnips knim but I'm guessing they r too high carb to be free :-(

I love veggie soup but for a change i tried the tomato and basil one on the recipe thread and i have to say it is absolutely lush!!!!! got a bowl in the fridge and thats going to work with me this week!!
