Freezing food question

I have just made some tuna & sweetpotato fish cakes for my children & have loads left over.

I am thinking about freezing them, but want to know if I should cook them first or freeze them coated on breadcrumbs but uncooked?

The filling is cooked so its a case of re-heating while frying them off.

Also - once frozen,would I be ok oven baking from frozen?

I usually prefer defrosting things first but only because it can be difficult to judge if something is properly cooked otherwise

But I think you will be fine doing it that way
