Our local council has installed gym equipment in our public park. It is fantastic permanent and free. Persuade your council to do the same x

Bench press. strider, cross trainer, one that sways from side to side which works abs and waist, chest pulls. thigh toner, pull up bars xx

We have one in Southampton too so of course Craig David came to open it! I haven't tried it yet though!
