Tomorrow night is going to be a real test, Tonic without the Gin,, Think i will take the kids to the pictures to see transformers and have a packet of scratching, sounds like a plan.

I probably shouldn't say this but I drank during every Friday during induction, dry red mainly I just counted the carbs in for that day. Bad I know.

The diet tonic is 0 carb but it dos have asparteme (sp)

or the one I get from Tesco has anyway.

Think I will take the kids to the pictures instead, only used to have diet tonic because i have been watching my weight for soooo long.
