Friday morning check in

    :) Morning all, yesterday went to plan regarding food but did not need evening snack .

    1/2 pt s.s milk for drinks.
    A.M
    1 blue cup dried porridge(80mls) made up with water.
    1 cup red cup(250)mls frozen mixed berries. 1 tbs low fat yogurt sprinkle of cinnamon and 2 walnuts.

    LUNCH
    1 hard boiled egg 1 tsp mustard. 2oz cottage chesse.
    beetroot and 1/2 apple salad
    1/2 apple diced 1tbs low fat yoghurt.

    SNACK 4-6 pm
    1 peach

    Dinner
    vegtable home made curry.
    1 green cup brown rice yellow cup fruit salad.

    late pm snack
    8 strawberries if neede or wanted.

    to complete the plan 2 litres of water throughout the day and a walk with my grand kids to the park.
    They are staying over for the weekend which i love so abusy weekend end but wouldnt have it any other way.

    Before they are all up doing my 20 min chi gong and off to work for 8am.
