Friday weigh in anyone?

Does everyone use all their weeklies go get these losses?? I only use about 20 max. Too scared to use more but my losses are not good?
 
I wi on a Friday and use all mine on Fri and sat night.I'm losing between 1-2lbs a week.I've always done it.I've kept off the 103.5lbs and I'm still losing :)

Wow. That's brill. Do u drink lots of water cus that's my downfall.

Honeybee ull b my inspiration!!! Brill work... im doin ww too, lost 21lbs since nov, weigh in ws ths morn & stayd th same 4 th 3rd wk so guttd:( goin 4 lunch 2dy so nt th best strt 2 my new wk but jst hav 2 tryn b gd...no hot choc fudge cake 4 me,lol.

Hi yes I put myself upto 29 instead of 26 cause I'm not sure I was eating enough, maybe you could try that see if it helps xx
