Good luck everyone!!
O M G....lost 4lbs to say I'm chuffed is understatement. I have worked for it with 100% on plan but after last week feeling disappointed with a lb its paid off to keep going, I will never doubt SW again...lol.

Brilliant. I do love reading everyone's successes on the scales. As I've not much of a loss this week, I'm just basking in all your losses and knowing that if I keep at it, mine will be a bigger one soon too.

Hope you aren't too disappointed with that, it's better than a gain of course.
