I am registering a STS this week as my scales are hovering, but I am happy with that as I have been doing a Green & EE week, and I have eaten more 'carbs' than I usually do.
1 kilo loss for me - after a gain of 0.9 kilos last week I'm chuffed. Even if I'm really only down 100 grammes, it is still weight lost and I did have 3 days off plan at the start of the week.
