Morning all, CHILLY day today! I had my second WI last night and only lost 1 lb, but I got my 1/2 stone certificate. The good news is that on my first WI they told me I had lost 2 lbs, but they had misread what they had written and I had actually lost 6.5 lbs on my first WI, woo hoo! On hols from Tuesday for 2 weeks, so I am just aiming to stay the same and enjoy my time away.

L: Turkey stir fry, veggies
D: Steak, roasted BNS, leeks
S: sw bar HE B, banana, muller light, ryvita muesli HE B
E: 1 hour walking
W: 2 litres
