Hellooooooooo hello hello!!
Right where to begin!
So...i am leeanne :) im 25 and an extremley proud mummy to 5yr old jacob. My stepson 3yr old josh and 5month old tristan! I have worked since i was 16 and i am on mat leave from working with action for children the childrens charity within a surestart childrens centre. But not goin back :( i am tryin a new venture and being a childminder!
I started sw july 2007 after i had jacob and lost 2 and half stone by the march 2008. I then fell off the wagon. I moved to.essex with my ex. He left i stopped smokin i moved bk and met new partner and lost my motivation then fell pregnant.

Now i am the biggest i have ever been at 15s 5lb. I need to do this!

Soooooo it began tuesday. I hope you all will enjoy reading and supporting me along on this journey!

Tuesday::

Today i feel good bit tired but positive!

Breakfast:: bacon n scrambled egg
Lunch:: ham sandwich and super speed soup
Tea:: grilled peppers and salmon

Healthy extras:: cheddar x2, 250ml ssmilk, 2xwholemeal bread

Syns:: oatiesx3 (10.5) light sf spread (5.5) spray cream (0.5) total 16.5

Had childminding training and no tea so ate the biccys :(

Wednesday::
Today i usualy meet up with other mummies for cake in the cafe but didnt today.

Breakfast:: toast and yoghut
Lunch..super speed soup
Dinner..pasta and tinned toms with philly

Healthy extras..wholemeal bread 8..light sf spread 5.5... Philly light 2...total 13.5

Today we took jacob mc donalds n i had nothin!!!! :)

Thursday::

B:: bacon scrambled egg tin toms
L:: super speed soup n ham n salad cream sarni
D:: homemade syn free chicken curry and veg

Hes:: milk. Cheese. Breadx3
Syns:: light sf spread 3.5, salad cream 2.5, jam 2, options 2, gum sweets 3, baileys 2.5....total 15.5

Reeeeaaaalllllyyyy fancied a drink even if small. I need to get 2.5syns bk from somewhere!!

Friday::

Soooo today i have a plan. I know i need 2.5syns bk from somewhere but it wont be today as i have a hen party to go to! If i drink i will only drink 4 malibu and diet cokes. There is food too so gonna save some hes and try be good.

D:: buffeetttttttt

Ok i went way way over syns last night but hey...i havent enjoyed myself in over a yr and a half! So as soon as i woke this morning i been on plan. Gonna be very angelic till tueaday and have as little of syns as poss

Ok so i rejoind slimming world on monday weighing in at 15s 7lb!!

On day 5 now and doin great :) no blips!

Tonight i have a friend who joined with me and new to the plan comin over for a 3 course sw meal :) im doin chinese style food :)

Today is my first weigh in!! Fingers crossed!! Was naughty last night went over syns had a mini binge on oreos crackerbread and some cheese :( suppose it could of been worse! Here is the chinese from sat night and my cheese cake mmmmmm

Soooo i have decided its time to put my actual food diary and plans on here!!
Jays back today :) i soooo miss him...here is food for today.

Breakfast: 3egg omelette onion and 45g reduced cheddar and coffee using part of 250ml ssmilk allowance
Lunch:: cheese and brocolli pasta in sauce with spinach amd 45g reduced cheddar
Tea:: homemade chicken balti onion fried rice and home made chapatti 2syn
Snacks: oreos x3 6syn

So far i have used my a choices and have 2 b or 1b and 1a left (breastfeeding) total of 8syn and 7left :) lets try be good!! Tomorrow i will start exercise too!!

Well last night i didnt get my homecooked curry. After gettin jay and too and froing from.the out of hours surgery and weigh in and locking us all out and havibg to find who had a spare key i ate chocolate and crisps from moms house :( jay has been told he has weild disease which means blood tests today
..great.... So...
Im sat here starvin bout to do me some egg on toast...i wanna binge and eat crap...but gonna try not to

On a positive...3.5lb down!! Must change my siggy

Hi Leanne BIG well done on ur brilliant loss this week x is welld disease something to do with being infected by rats wee? It seems to ring a bell from when my hubby worked for southern water ( probably wrong lol )

Serves 24
In a bowl whisk 6 egg white till stiff. Another bowl whisk the 6 egg yolk with 9tbsp of sweetner and 2tsp of flavouring (your choice) add 1/4 of the egg white mix to the yolk mix and beat till pale yellow. Gradualy add and fold into the mixture 56g of sr flour then fold in rest of egg white. Split between 24 fry lighted cake cases. Cook in oven for 10-15min 180 degrees or gas mark 5.
Cool.
Once cool mix 50g icing sugar with 25g reduced butter and couple drop of milk. Less than tsp. Add essence of choice and colouring. Pipe a blob onto each cake.

Done :)

0.5 without icing. Icing mix is total of 17syns. Between 24 is 0.4somthin so for more buttercrram add more syns xx
