Original fromage frais

Hi can anyone tell me where u can buy very low fat fromage frais? The only one I can get is asda good for u which I'm sure carries syns.

Sainsbury definitely do it, I think Tesco do as well

Yep - that is the one I use

yes the superfree should be 1/3 of every meal - so brekkie would have to have 1/3 sf fruit - unless you like brussels with your porridge (Hesten Blumenthal) probably would.
