Frozen baked potatoes?

I'm just wondering if anyone knows the syn value of ready cooked frozen baked potatoes? They usually come in a pack of 4 but I don't have any details apart from that. If u could help in any way, I'd be very grateful x

It depends whether they have any oil or other fat on them. If they do, it will be listed in the ingredients list.

So if fat etc is listed, how do I work out the syns? X

if there are other ingredients, apart from just potato, then you will need to use the syn calculator and select potato as a free food to calculate the syns.
