Frozen feet!

I've had constantly cold hands and feet since starting the diet! In fact I'm constantly cold full stop. I'm sat here wrapped in a fleece blanket like a little old lady!

me too ! I am so cold ! I am sat wrapped in 2 fleece blankets and I feel like my feet and hands are going to fall off !

I have extra thick socks that go straight on when I get home from work!

Wen I lost 5 stones years ago I was so cold even in summer I was wearing cardigans and jumpers

I am freezing too. Often have a roasting joy bath just to get a heat. Even started wearing socks to bed. Everyone else complains the house is too hot

I hate having hot feet, but I'm not that keen on freezing cold either. I've got slippersocks and a hot water bottle in bed, finding I can't sleep with cold feet!
