    Hi,

I normally have frozen fruit (defrosted) with yogurt.
If I forget to take the fruit out of the freezer & then defrost it in the microwave, is it still free or is it now synned?

Thanks for any help you can give.

I would have said it was free as you are not cooking it in the microwave you are just defrosting it c

I asked my consultant this week about putting frozen raspberries in with my oats-so-simple in the microwave and whether I needed to syn these. she said as long as they were only defrosting and not cooking then they are syn free. she also added that even if there were meant to be syned it would be v.low
