I've used some frozen mixed peppers in a soup. In the online tracker, red, green and yellow peppers individually are 0pp, but if I search mixed peppers they have a value of 1pp. Which should I use? I've pigged out today (new cooker installed after 6 weeks without one!) so I need to make the soup as low pp as possible!

(The other ingredients in the soup are onion, carrot, runner beans, savoy cabbage, spinach, tomatoes, veg stock made with cubes, Worcestershire sauce.)
