Has anyone found a way to cook these so that they don't go all soggy?? I thought dry frying them might so it, but it didn't help at all. I love peppers but they are so expensive to buy fresh.
I usually take them out of the freezer and let them defrost in a colander so all the water runs out.. but they are soft because of the water content.. hope my little tip helps a bit though x
Thanks, yeh I think I am trying to find a way to get rid of a bit of the water before cooking, wonder if I need to do that then fry them a bit longer to crisp them up a bit?!
