Fruit and Herbal tea???

    Hi Guys,

    Could someone please confirm wether i can have fruit or herbal teas? The ones i have and love are Twinings ... flavours ... blackberry & neettle, pmegranate & raspberry, cranberry & sanguinello orange, cranberry raspberry & elderflower, blackvurrent ginsengg & vanilla and strawberry & mango.

    I dont think so. Its just leaf tea you can have i.e. peppermint although I'm no expert I was just wondering myself if I can have peppermint. Its been a long time since I did this diet!

    Watching what I eat!
    Only leaf tea I'm afraid so peppermint would be ok, but none of the fruit teas you have listed MrsF2B, green tea is also ok x

    Leaf teas only but make sure nothing has been added.
