Fruit crunch as HE?

I know that the new Ryvita fruit crunch have 3 syns on red or green days, just wondering if they can be taken as HEB choice also?

I think they used to be called ryvita museli crispbread, if so its 2 as a HEXB. xxx

Oh good thank you, I'm always struggling to have my HEBs and now I can take them off my syns and put them there!!
