Fruit juice - syns?

Hi
Can anyone tell me if pure orange juice is a free food, the concentrated kind or freshly squeezed?

No it definitely has a syn value and it soon racks up to quite a high syn value.

I am sure someone else will post the syns. No juice, smoothies, cooked fruit, pureed fruit etc is free it all has a syn value

Thanks for the reply Teresa. Seems silly you can eat oranges freely but not the juice!

Orange juice is NOT free, oranges eaten whole are free, but the juice is synned because think how many oranges you have to squeeze to make even a small glass juice. They become very easy to over eat as juice. All free food has calories, so you would struggle to eat the number of oranges it takes to make a small glass of juice.
