Fruity Moroccan Lamb

#1
This is a slow cooker recipe i have found online, but i am struggling to point it. At a guess i would say 7pts per person, can anyone halp me with a more definative answer???

Fruity Moroccan Lamb (serves 4)

500g diced lamb
1 onion, chopped
2tsp ground ginger
2tsp ground allspice
2 tsp cinnamon
2 star anise
250ml red wine
4tbsp tomato puree
1tbsp honey
1 handful dried prunes
1 handful dried apricots
1 pint boiling water
1tsp chopped chilli

1. Cook the oniom and garlic in a large pan until translucent. Add the lamb and cook gently until lightly browned.
2. Add all the dried spices to the lamb and stir thoroughly to ensure all the meat is coated.
3. To the boiling water add the tomato puee, chilli, red wine and honey. Mix well and add to the pan with the meat. Stir well and bring to the boil. Cook until the liquid has reduced by about a third and the alcohol has cooked off.
4. Put in the slow cooker and cook on low for at least 6 hours.
5. ABout 2 hrs before serving, add the dried fruit.

Star Anise is a spice thing, so I guess would be 0 points.
They're star shaped pod like things, about the size of a penny, maybe a bit smaller, and they give a slight aniseed flavour :)
