Red Day

Breakfast : 2 weetabix (HEB), 200ml skimmed milk (HEA)

Snack : Asda shells (4 & 1/2)

Lunch : Chicken breast, roasted onion/pepper/mushroom/carrot/bns, tin tomatoes, 42g mozzarella (HEA), shape zero yogurt

Tea : chicken breast, broccoli, cabbage, 28g phill light sweet chilli (2), tbsp sweet chilli sauce (2 & 1/2)

Total syns : 9

Wednesday 3rd November

Been off plan all weekend due to my birthday but I am back on plan as of today....

Lunch : Roasted BNS/Onion/Pepper/Mushrooms/Carrot, tin toms, 42g Mozzarella (HEA), Shape zero yogurt

Tea : sw chips, 2 eggs fried in frylight, 6 quorn nuggets (3), tin beans, tin spaghetti, 57g wholemeal roll (HEB), fresh pineapple

Friday 5th November

Extra Easy day

Breakfast : 2 Weetabix (HEB), 200ml skimmed milk (HEA)

Snack : Asda Shells (4 & 1/2)

Lunch : Chicken breast, pasta, pepper, onion, mushroom, celery, tinned toms, 42g mozzarella (6), shape zero yogurt, pineapple

Tea : Batchelors pilau rice, prawns, pepper, onion, mushrooms, BNS, carrot, 56g Phili sweet chilli (4), skinny cow brownie (4 & 1/2)

Saturday 6th November

Extra Easy Day

Brunch : Home made hash brown, 2 quorn sausage, Gammon, 2 eggs, 42g mozzarella (HEA), peppers/onions/mushrooms/spinach, tinned tomatoes

Tea : 2 chicken breast, broccoli, tinned tomatoes, carrots, SW chips, 28g Philadelphia sweet chilli (2), 2 tbsp extra light Mayo (1), tbsp sweet chilli sauce (2 1/2), mini milk (1 1/2)

Snack : HiFi Bar (HEB)
