frylight?

hi there just wondering if i do an egg in frylight do i have to syn it? same with sw rast potatoes, there roasting in frylite but its still fat ? im confused , i was told sw roast potatoes and chips and fred egg, made with frylite were free , but ive herd different from friends in class

Definitely free. The amount you would use is negligible!

Frylight is syn free so not sure why your friends would think your egg or roasties need to be synned

aww a massive thank u , i thought id gone over on my syns!! thank god its syn free , my friends said that it was counted as fat so i had to syn them, i will correct them!! thank u again x
