Full-time student/Mum SW newbie diary

Hi, as the day progresses I am going to add as I go along if i have access to the net, otherwise I shall do so at the end of the day. I have not attended a group as i am a single mum and I don't think babies are allowed! Wouldn't it be great if Cambridge had a daytime group while he was in nursery?!! I still breastfeed at the moment but he has formula when at nursery. I am new to this so any feedback or help on where I am going wrong/not calculating properly I would very much appreciate it :) I won't learn otherwise, and I know I get mixed up with the healthy extras and how many I am supposed to have!

For example, so far today;

THURSDAY
1 slice warburtons seeded batch bread with 1 Dairylee light triangle
4 bananas
1 carton of strawberries
150g quorn made with dolmio bolognase sauce
1 cup of pasta
1 jar of mussells
2 oranges
[STRIKE]is that a healthy extra and from which section. and how many are left? :confused:[/STRIKE] i just found out i have 3 triangles left. does this mean i can select some bread from HXB and put 2 triangles on that? as for the last triangle, i wont want this so can i substitute it for something else?
