Wow that's a GREAT sheet! :) have set it up and added my stats :) Will be lovely to see it progress further. :)

If you take your weight yet to lose and divide it by your average weekly loss it'll tell you how many weeks you have to get to goal.. just a case of working it out on your pc calendar :)

When you open it you need to save it to your hard drive on your pc.. it's a zip file (to squash it up into a smaller document).

Once you have a blank one saved you can adjust that :)

Thank you Purplehugs. I'll go into it again tomorrow, i'm tired now. Not sure i'll manage but i'm sure someone here will help! Its horrible when i catch myself thinking 'I'm turning into my mum!' I used to be amazed at what she couldn't do! Hey ho.

I use a program called "fit day" its really good and easy to use it shows everything from weight loss to inch loss and mood also its a great bit of kit for when we start eating again it works out calories in and what u use

it's a website.. www.fitday.com :) can log all your inches, weight etc :)

Just remembered about my account on there.. logged in and it shows:

A little depressing that I'm still battling weight 4 years later, but at least i'm not that heavy!! :D
