If you take your weight yet to lose and divide it by your average weekly loss it'll tell you how many weeks you have to get to goal.. just a case of working it out on your pc calendar

Thank you Purplehugs. I'll go into it again tomorrow, i'm tired now. Not sure i'll manage but i'm sure someone here will help! Its horrible when i catch myself thinking 'I'm turning into my mum!' I used to be amazed at what she couldn't do! Hey ho.
I use a program called "fit day" its really good and easy to use it shows everything from weight loss to inch loss and mood also its a great bit of kit for when we start eating again it works out calories in and what u use
