Fulltum to Flattum!!

Not been updating as trying to break away from posting everyday but am pleased to say I have still lost 2.5lbs this week :D

Breakfast
slice of toast and butter

Snack
Chocolate digestive

Lunch
Cheese and salad sandwich

Dinner
Braised pork, roast potatoes, yorkshire pudding, carrots, peas and gravy
 
Good thanks, lost 1lb last week and hoping for a good loss on Sunday. I've also gave up bread for lent eek! On day 3 now lol x
