Small slice of leftover quiche

1/2 ham sandwich
Very small slice of homemade bread pudding

Dinner
Small portion of homemade cottage pie

Supper
1 cracker topped with pate

Plus an hour on the wii fit which burnt off 381 cals

yeah not bad, having a "hungry day" today :( I hate those days...

I haven't weighed myself yet, going to give it until the end of next week as I'm too scared! lol x
 
Dont be afraid of hungry days as your body obviously needs it :D

Fair play for holding off on the scales and cant wait to hear the result x

sachet of porridge with a handful of sultanas mixed in (left 1/3rd as full)

Half a 6 inch piece of french stick topped with pate and spring onions

Dinner
Homemade Prawn and Chorizo paella

Did 38 mins on the wii and burnt 309 cals

Well its weigh in day again today and the result is 2lbs off :D

That means my total for january is 19.5lbs :bliss:

So here so another month of being healthy!

half a cheese roll, slice of french stick with pate, mini sausage roll and a slice of victoria sponge (was at a funeral)

Dinner
Small portion of homemade stroganoff and rice

Supper
2 pieces of scampi and 3 chips

wasnt a great day as was rushing about most of the day and didnt eat that slowly but gonna concentrate today
