Fybogel for constipation but contains citric acid?

Does anyone know if its ok to take? It was all I could find in the shop can't seem to find benefibre or fibre sure anywhere!

I used fybrogel a few years ago when I was last on Atkins and never affected my weight loss. Give it a try and see how you go
