G&B hot chocolate query

Does anyone know the syn values of the green and blacks hot drinking chocolate if its different to just hot chocolate syns please?
Also in the book it says hot chocolate 1syn per tsp or 8.5 syns if made up with skim milk, is that if youre not using the skim milk as part of your HEA?

G&B hot choc is one syn for one level teaspoon.

The syn value is with not using your milk as a HEX. Deduct 6 syns if using the milk as a HEX.
