sounds like a classic case of the "gaining weight through muscles" syndrome lol. dont worry about it hun if you have been exercising you will be building your muscles which weigh more than fat. You will probably see a good loss next week so don't let it get you down :) xxx

i have been cycling 4 nights this week.
So i thought at least a bit of heavy fat would have dropped off.
need to wait and see what happens next week

hmm... I'm beginning to excerside more too, but don't want to be dis-heartened with weight gain. I think I'll start measuring myself weekly as well (haven't so far for some reason) then I can see if i'm losing inches :)
