Gained in week 3!

Well I lost 8 lbs in the first week and 4 in the second and this week I gained 2! Just doing the same thing. What could be wrong?

It's just your body getting used to you doing something new. Have you upped your exercise recently? Is it nearly that time of the month? Both can lead to water retention.

Drink more water and don't sweat it - it's a marathon, not a sprint!
 
Thank you Alwyn, i panicked for a bit, but I did't gained it in tree weeks either. Hope you lose some this week!
