Dieting & Mummy To Ethan
Hey everyone,
Hope you're all doing well and great to see your LT journeys going so well.
I'm having a BIG problem right now. I found out last monday that I'm pregnant which prompted me to come of LT straight away, no refeeding or anything. In 2 weeks I have managed to almost gain back a stone of this weight and I'm just despairing.
This isn't right and I'm petrified that for the next 7 n a half months, I'll be gaining 2 stone a month.
I ate as healthily as I could have done yesterday and still managed to gain 1lb.
It's making me feel low and horrible as I am only supposed to be gaining between 11 and 20lbs during my whole pregnancy according to my BMI, which means that I've got 8lbs left. What do I do? Has anyone else fallen pregnant whilst on LT and gained weight this quickly and if so, how did you maintain and keep the weight down for as long as poss??
I need help as I'm just getting into bits right now.
Exercise is required more and I'm looking to get to do some swimming and I'm going to go for a walk today also.
I'm in tears as I feel like a complete disappointment and putting myself at risk from gestational diabetes and preeclampsia and feel like i'm doing wrong by my unborn baby.
:cry::cry::cry::cry::cry:
