im really interested to know, if you gained when you started doing exercise through muscle gain etc - how long was it before it started to level off and you lost again?
i've started swimming 3x a week, i did gain and obviously i shouldnt give exercise up BUT i felt so awful gaining its put me off. i am going to carry on with my swimming because i know it will help and its lovely to have a bit of time to myself for a change.
from all your experiences, should i expect another gain this week? if i know what to expect i dont think i'll feel so bad.
