Does anyone know How many syns in one galaxy minstrel as I'm wanting to eat a few but it's a big bag so not wanting all bag m don't wanna eat too many

You can work it out from the bag, just do 1 syn per 20 calories for the weight of the bag/100g or whatever and divide it by however many are in the bag/the 100g or whatever I expect it'll be about a syn or so each but I cant know for sure

Masterfoods UK, Galaxy Minstrels, 200g bag 50½
Masterfoods UK, Galaxy Minstrels, 125g bag 31½

So if you work out how many weigh that much then divide by that number

Thanks ermintrude but it was a 290g bag that someone ad bought at work so I didn't av any scales or owt to weigh m on so just decided to play it safe n av 3 n count m as 3 syns to b on the safe side. Guna get a small bag at wknd now though cos I think 10 n half syns r worth it as I love m!

I have a huge bag of these in the fridge that I got for mothers day....uhhh ohhhh

Hope u enjoy m snoop, just eat 42g at a time then ull still b within your syns. There just yummy aren't they
