sweetpea - The before and after are for us people that sometimes need to have a bit of inspiration at times. Also shows yourself how well you've done !

I must admit in hindsight I probably should have done it as I am having difficulty in seeing myself as others see me......and you're right about it giving others inspiration.

I have added some new photos. I look so much fatter in pics then I do in the mirror/my mind.
