Does anyone know if you are allowed gelatin on TS? It was allowed on Cambridge and I used to use it in flavoured water and shakes to make things more interesting and to increase water intake. Hoping its allowed on Exante.
Maybe pop over to the CD board and ask someone to let you know the values - carbs etc? I'd imagine if it's allowed over there it would be allowed here - all the VLCDs are pretty much the same aren't they?
