Was wondering whether anyone who knows more about nutrition than me could let me know whether this leaf gelatine is ok to use without knocking me out of ketosis?

Yes it is wildly used :) (And sold by many CD Councillor's)


Husks that you can buy from a health food shop OR health span online. These are used to thicken a shake so you can have porridge :). (pure fibre)

I take physillium husk tablets every day to help with digestion, but have never found the powdered stuff which people talk about! Strange. Will look online.

Quite excited about trying to make cola jelly now haha :D

What about agar agar? The seaweed one? My sister-in-law is veggie, and I usually am, though for some reason have eaten both chicken and ham since starting this diet haha so have used it before. xx
