Well here goes, only going to post the last couple of days. Advice very welcome. I'm doing this on my own with help from all your wonderful posts!!

Semi-Skimmed Milk- Part of HEA

Homemade Veggie Soup

3 Quorn Sausages, Jacket Potatoes, Beans

Drinks - Water and Tea (Part HEA)

Snack - Satsuma, 1 x Babybel Light

HEA - Tick!
HEB - Tick!
Syns - 0 (i think)

Muller Light Yoghurt
Satsuma

SW Beef Stew ( Mushrooms, Carrots, Peas and Onion)
Cabbage and Leek Mix
Mashed Potato

Drinks - Water and Tea (Part HEA)
Snacks - 1 finger of Drifter (5 Syns), 1 x Babybel Light, Muller Light Yogurt.

HEA - Tick!
HEB - Tick!
Syns -5 Syns

Breakfast - 1 Alpen Light Bar (HEB)

Lunch - Veggie Soup = Superfree Food
Low fat yoghurt

Dinner - Chicken Fajitas (superfree peppers mushrooms and onion)

Snacks - Low fat yoghurt and Alpen Light Bar (HEB) (not had either yet but just in case i get peckish later)

Drinks - Water and Tea (Milk HEA)

Syns - 1 Finger of Drifter 5
Cheese with dinner 4
Nimble Bread with Lunch 3

HEA - Tick!
HEB - Tick!
Syns -12 Syns

Does this all sound ok,,,,,,? Hope so. Hope your day has gone well!!

ooopps, not been good at updating my diary. Been quite good except for Sunday when we had a pizza hut!!

But on a good note, had my at home weigh in on Monday, lost 4 lbs!!

So, 28th June 2011

Breakfast - 2 Alpen Light Bars HEXB

Lunch - 3 egg omelette with mushrooms & low fat yoghurt

Tea- 2 slice of nimble bread toasted with baked beans ( not sure how many syns the bread is)

Snacks - Babybel Light and Apple

Syns - Just the bread

Fingers crossed for another loss on weigh in day.

Wednesday 30th June

B - 2 x alpen light bars HEXB

L - scrambled egg on 2 slices of nimble bread

D - spaghetti Bol with loads of mushrooms peppers and onion

Snacks - low fat yoghurt

HEXA - milk in tea all day

Syns - just the nimble bread I think

Thursday 30th June

B - 2 x alpen light bars

L - jacket potato with some bolognese from last night
Babybel light
Low fat yoghurt

D - 3 x quorn sausages ( syn value???)
Mushrooms peppers onion
Jacket potato

Syn - ??

Not too sure if I'm doing extra easy or red days!!!

Does this look like im on the right track????
