General WeMITT Thread - week commencing 13 August

Hello... I have been granted permission to use this bit (teehee) cos i REALLY WILL lose my 9 stone this year (is a year too long a goal?)

I am just wondering - I have PCOS (polycystic ovaries) and have been told that this will alter my weight loss rate - it will make it harder... anyone else know if that's true? I hope not!!

Anyway, that is me - 9 stone to lose (I am 19 stone-ish at the mo (not entirely sure cos I have a fear of the scales... I weighed myself a couple weeks back and was 19 exactly!) and want to get to 10st)

I've just started a thread in the very low calorie diets bit 'cos I'm not sure whether to switch from LL to CD. It starts "help please" if you wanna have a look and pass on any words of wisdom...

Good luck everyone. I still have 6st to go <sigh!> but am trying to think positively ... I've already lost 6st so know it can be done. I've now just got to keep chipping away and refuse to give up!
