    Im not sure if the genetic link to obesity is true or not.

    what i think is true tho is that we follow the eating habits of our parents so if our parents ate alot and had large meals with lots of snacks we are probably more likely to follow this as that is what we have been brought up with.

    I know this isnt true for everyone and at some point someone has to be the one who starts the cycle of overeating as a family and other people chose to break the cycle of overeating
