If the thread title means nothing to you then you wouldn't have done, but I wondered if there were any geocachers out there

I googled...it sounds interesting! I bet it'd be good around here (Lake District) to do that!

It's funny how many there are in each area, I've walked past one every day for weeks and never knew it was there, it's fun but frustrating too!!
Can't wait to go on hols to the Dales for some serious caching!!!

start by registering on the site
www.geocaching.com and you can do a search for those in your area.
You can probably find these without a gps but if you want to do it elsewhere then a gps is a must!

What is a GPS and where do I get one? I have heard of this, and really fancy it, but put off by the cost of a GPS.

I also really want to, with the kids, but have no gps device. I can't get it to work correctly on my Sony Ericcson C905, even though the software is supposed to be compatible. Another reason why I so need a Blackberry.
