Hi all,

Ok - for those of you (us!) who had a little slip up over Easter and who still have the odd bit of temptation around the house, a few points:

1) Remember a bit of chocolate tastes lovely for 5 minutes. Being thin will feel good forever!

2) :copon: Hitting yourself round the head after eating the chocolate hurts!

3) Summer's coming - we need to show arms and legs soon! :eek:

4) Thin friends are annoying - give all your leftover goodies to them!

5) We've all done so well up till now. One weekend doesn't need to lead into one week then one month. Draw a line and jump back onboard!
