Getting back in the zone

I had no internet for a bit and I kinda fell off the wagon - not too bad I have only gained about 3 lbs but I am finding it really hard to get my head in the right place again and feel like saying sod it till January but I dont want to do that and feel crap all over Christmas, I couldnt go to group this week or next so wont be going back until January but Id love a little loss or a STS. Any tips to get me motivated again?:break_diet:

It's great that you're looking to get back in the zone at this time of year.
It's difficult, but I know what you mean about not giving up - you'll only be miserable in January if you don't keep trying over Christmas.
I don't know how we're going to do it, but hopefully if a few of us are still coming on here we'll give each other some motivation.

you can do. just focus on today and not think too far ahead or your goals can get blurry. You should plan your meals for this coming week which help you stay focused and of course now you back on the web there is plenty of support from mini mins :)

How about going through old magazines / SW website and planning a week's worth of yummy SW meals. Write it down, do a shopping list and stick to it.

You could easily get a couple of pounds of before Xmas day if you put your mind to it!
