Getting back on plan...

I've had a horrible week and been on and off plan (mostly off). I haven't been eating any naughties like chocolate and crisps - mainly because I don't have them in the house. But I've been way way over with my syns.

Today is a new day and I want to pledge in front of witnesses that I'm gonna stick to plan 100% for the coming week. I've planned my meals and am determined to do this. I just feel horrible off plan - so bloated. So here goes...Wish me luck! X

Good luck with it.

I know the feeling - had a mostly awful week (well two really) and I'm certain to gain this week.

I'm annoyed about it, but I need to kick myself up the bum as well, as I've hit a real lull in my losses, and have been roughly the same weight for ages - ideal if you're at target right enough (but I'm not).

Well done for realising it and doing something about it ;)
