I've had a horrible week and been on and off plan (mostly off). I haven't been eating any naughties like chocolate and crisps - mainly because I don't have them in the house. But I've been way way over with my syns.
Today is a new day and I want to pledge in front of witnesses that I'm gonna stick to plan 100% for the coming week. I've planned my meals and am determined to do this. I just feel horrible off plan - so bloated. So here goes...Wish me luck! X
